Baniclip.com ("Baniclip", "we") is a subscription platform that lets customers download commercially-licensed photos, videos and graphics. Baniclip is the sole seller of all content on the platform — every subscription purchase happens directly between you and Baniclip, through Lemon Squeezy checkout.
Photos, videos and graphics on Baniclip are licensed by us from content suppliers before being listed for sale, under a separate Content Supplier Agreement between Baniclip and each supplier. You do not transact directly with the original content supplier — the commercial license you receive on download is issued by Baniclip itself.
Baniclip offers monthly and annual subscription plans (see the Pricing page for details). Payment is processed through Lemon Squeezy — Baniclip does not store your card details. Subscriptions automatically renew on your chosen cycle until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Refund requests are reviewed case by case — contact our support team via the email on your account.
Content downloaded while your subscription is active is granted a commercial license for lifetime use in personal and commercial projects, crediting Baniclip as the source per the instructions shown on each product. You may not resell or redistribute unmodified content, or register it as your own trademark or copyright.
Baniclip works to ensure content on the platform is copyright-cleared before publishing. To the extent permitted by law, Baniclip is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
