When you submit content (photos, videos, graphics) to Contributor Studio, you (the "Content Supplier") grant Baniclip the right to use, distribute and re-license that content to Baniclip's customers. Baniclip is the sole party that sells to and transacts directly with end customers — you have no contractual relationship or direct transaction with the customers who buy/download the content.
You remain the original copyright owner of the content you submit. Baniclip only receives a license to use, distribute and re-license it within the scope of this agreement — not a transfer of copyright.
Every submission stays pending until the Baniclip editorial team reviews its quality and copyright validity, and is only then published publicly in the library for sale to customers.
Baniclip pays you 50% of the value of each domestic (VND) retail sale of your content, credited to your balance as soon as the transaction completes. This payment comes from Baniclip's own account, paid out periodically via domestic bank transfer when you request a withdrawal in Contributor Studio — it is not calculated from or deducted directly out of the international subscription revenue customers pay through Lemon Squeezy. The minimum balance to request a withdrawal is 100,000₫.
You may stop submitting new content at any time. Baniclip may remove content that violates this agreement from the platform. Any balance already credited before termination is still paid out through the normal withdrawal process.
